Scope
Fit-out
The Sofitel Riyadh Hotel, delivered under the main contractor MOBCO, required a complete high-end interior fit-out package aligned with the brand’s international luxury standards. Our scope covered a wide spectrum of architectural and decorative works, including stainless steel fabrication, custom woodwork, specialty glass elements, GRC and GRG components, and bespoke Corian installations.
The project demanded exceptional finish quality, precise detailing, and seamless coordination across multiple material disciplines to achieve the hotel’s refined design intent.

Challenges
The project included several technically demanding aspects due to the integration of different materials with each other:
- The sculptural Egg Pod feature required precise engineering and multi-material coordination to achieve its curved geometry, structural integration, and strict dimensional accuracy.
- Premium stainless steel, wood, glass, Corian, GRC, and GRG elements demanded flawless workmanship and controlled installation to meet luxury-grade hospitality standards.
- Coordinating interfaces between multiple trades required carefully sequenced installation and strict adherence to tolerances to maintain consistency across all interior systems.

Our Solutions
